You will then be instructed to see the librarian for one book replacement. If the book does not show up at the end of the year, you will have to pay for the lost book. Books cost between $60-$80.

Students are permitted to use the school telephone.  Cell phone use is restricted to before and after school, not during the school day.  Cellphones must be off during class time. Public Display of Affection (PDA) in middle school is not appropriate. Administration and
teachers want our school to focus on a comfortable educational learning environment, not a
boyfriend/girlfriend peer pressure environment. School is a private place, and there is a time and
place for PDA; and school is not one of those. Therefore, there shall be no handholding, long
hugs, walking arms over shoulder, caressing, or kissing at school.

o First offense is a warning, and the teacher/staff will request your names. Documented
and points removed.

o Second offense, you will call home to explain to your parents what you were doing that
is not appropriate at school. Documented & points removed.

o Third offense, you will get Saturday School. Documented & points removed.

Eat only in the lunch area only. Do not cross the line where the music room entrance and the 7 th
grade wing starts with food or drinks.
No rough housing on the grass area. If you do, you will be banned from the grass field.

Teachers will assign class detention either during recess, lunch, or afterschool. If you cannot
attend due to doctor’s appointment or transportation issues, your parent must contact the teacher
directly to reschedule.

This is held once a week for 45 minutes. You will receive a notice on the date/time. All
administrative detentions are documented in the student’s profile and 2 points are removed.
